1.Description for the wood pallet block hot press machine :
This machine could use the wood waste,wood sawdust and wood shavings,ect to make the wood pallet block.The final product with smoothy surface and excellent waterproof quality,it could soaked in water 48hours without cracking.Now we have three models machine with different capacity,two heads,four heads and six heads.The pallet block's size can be customer's demands,size range from 75*75-145*145mm,and 90*90mm and 100*100mm are the common styles.One machine could make two different sizes block.
2.The production line of the wood pallet block hot press machine :
Equipment disposition: Generally four hot presses are a production line, must provide the dryer, the glue mixer machine and air flow dryer each.
1)Crusher:If the material log is bigger than 5*5mm,smaller than 200mm,there is necessary to crush the material into 5*5mm for the further processing.
2)Dryer machine:If the material's moisture is above 15%,the drying machine is needed to dry the moisture under 15% before mixing the material with glue.The productivity can be designed as the customer's need.
3)Glue mixer:Use the glue mixer to mix the material with glue.
4)Hot presss machine:Use the hot press machine to make the wood pallet block.
